1. About us

GetSiteDocs is operated as a sole trader business registered in England and Wales. Our website is located at getsitedocs.co.uk. By using this website or purchasing any document from it, you agree to these terms.

2. What we sell

We sell downloadable digital document templates relating to UK health and safety compliance. Our products are template documents only. They are not professional advice and must be reviewed and adapted before use. Please read our Disclaimer carefully before purchasing.

3. Purchasing and payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store or handle your card details. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes. We are not VAT-registered at this time; no VAT is charged.

Your purchase is complete when payment is confirmed. You will then be able to download your documents.

4. Digital downloads and access

Documents are provided as digital downloads. Once you have completed your purchase you will receive a time-limited download link. If you experience any problems accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will assist you.

Because our products are digital files that are made available immediately on purchase, your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply once the download has begun, provided you gave express consent and acknowledged the loss of the cancellation right at the time of purchase. If you have not downloaded the file, you may request a cancellation and refund within 14 days of purchase.

5. Licence to use

On purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the downloaded document for your own internal business purposes. You may edit and complete the template for use in your work activities.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicence, or make the template available to third parties as a product or service. You may not remove or alter any copyright notices from the documents.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetSiteDocs excludes all liability for loss or damage arising from the use of documents purchased from this website. This includes but is not limited to indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or injury. Our total liability to you in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that purchase.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website and all document templates are the intellectual property of GetSiteDocs. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
